Product Condition

All items sold on zisey.co are second-hand and/or vintage.

• Signs of wear, aging, or minor defects are normal and expected
• We aim to clearly display any noticeable flaws in product descriptions and images
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the condition of second-hand goods

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item
• Return requests must be sent via email to: hello@zisey.co
• Returns are only accepted after confirmation via email
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received

Important:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item

Shipping & Import Duties

• We ship internationally
• If your order is shipped outside Germany or the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply

These fees are:

• Not included in the checkout price
• Fully the responsibility of the customer

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
